Family Christmas Craft Event

Twenty people, including children, enjoyed the Christmas Paper Craft session at Kirkheaton Community Centre on 23 September. Experienced local crafter, Jayne Patchett, introduced the group to a series of techniques and skills.  Everyone went home with something they had created.  With 100% satisfaction feedback we certainly will be organising other similar events in the future.

Thanks go to Kirklees Council  Community Learning Works who provided the funding.

Karen showed her beautiful hand stitched work at the first session of Creative Crafts’ Saturday Quilting and Stitching workshops.

The group meets in the Community Centre every Saturday morning at 10:30 am until 12:30. The Quilting workshops are held on the 3rd Saturday of the month. All welcome.
