Proposed Neighbourhood Plan area application

16 Neighbourhood plan area mapThe Council has received an application for a Neighbourhood Plan area from Kirkburton Parish Council. The application only relates to part of the area to include: Kirkheaton (part of the Kirkburton Civil Parish and encompassing the ward of Kirkheaton excluding the areas of Battyeford and Colne Bridge to the North-North East of the ward).

The Council is inviting comments on the neighbourhood area from 14 January 2016 to 26 February 2016 on whether the proposed area represents an appropriate neighbourhood plan area
