Over the last year expert quilter June Durkin has been sharing her skills with the Creative Crafts group which meets every Saturday at the Community Centre 10:30 to 12:30. Once a month June taught the group a new quilting technique and each member produced a square using their newly acquired knowledge. Twelves months on and twelve squares later  each person joined them together to produce the following beautiful quilts.

Crafters are very welcome to join this informal group  where members share skills and expertise – beginners to experts are all welcome. Occasionally the group visits exhibitions etc and workshops. The next event will be in late march when a group will visit Colne Valley Museum to learn more about rag rug making.
